It also said the average rainfall in India during June is most likely to be 'above normal', making the month less hot with 'below normal' heat wave days.Quantitatively, the country is likely to get 106% of the long period average (LPA) rainfall. It will replace the 117-year-old Registration Act.The department of land resources under rural development ministry has released the draft for public comment after several states decided to amend the law to allow for online registration.
