Manipur 12th HS result 2025: Toppers shine across Science, Arts, and Commerce streams

COHSEM Result 2025: The Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur (COHSEM) announced the Manipur Higher Secondary Examination (HSE) Class 12 Result 2025 today at 1:00 PM, bringing joy to students across the state. Declared at COHSEM’s Imphal headquarters, the results reflect outstanding achievements in Science, Arts, and Commerce streams. The exams, held from February 17 to March 26, 2025, with practicals from January 2 to January 31, 2025, saw 39,461 students appear across 112 centers, overcoming regional challenges.
Pass Percentages
COHSEM reported a record-breaking overall pass percentage of 98.12%, surpassing 2024’s 97.63%. Stream-wise pass percentages are:
Science: 98.76% (22,631 students appeared, 22,346 passed)
Arts: 97.89% (8,100 students appeared, 7,929 passed)
Commerce: 98.54% (620 students appeared, 611 passed)
Girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 98.92% compared to 97.31% for boys. Non-government schools achieved a 99.01% pass rate, while government schools recorded 96.83%.

Exam and Evaluation
Exams were conducted under strict supervision. Answer scripts, evaluated in early April, underwent rigorous checks for accuracy. Students can apply for re-evaluation by May 10, 2025, at Rs 500 per subject via cohsem.nic.in. Compartment exams for those failing one or two subjects are scheduled for June 2025. Original marksheets will be available from schools between May 5 and May 10, 2025.
