UPMSP declares UP Board 2025 results: Girls lead with 93.87% pass in Class 10 and 86.37% in Class 12

[ad_1] Girls outperform boys in UP Board 2025 exams: UPMSP announces results PRAYAGRAJ: Girls have once again outshined boys in the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board, commonly known as UP Board, examinations for both High School (Class 10) and Intermediate (Class 12) levels.According to the results declared by the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) on Friday at the Board’s headquarters here at Prayagraj, the pass percentage of female students has significantly surpassed that of their male counterparts.In the High School results the overall pass percentage was 90.11%. Out of 25,45,815 students who appeared, 13,27,024 were boys and 12,18,791 were girls. Among the successful candidates, 11,44,138 were girls, registering a pass percentage of 93.87%, while 11,49,984 boys passed with a pass percentage of 86.66%. A bench of Justices Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh took note of a March 24 verdict, which considered the cases of suicides among students in such institutions and constituted a national task force (NTF) to address the mental health concerns of students to prevent such incidents.
