13-year-old boy held for raping toddler in Chandigarh | India News

She is critical and is unable to speak.The two kids were neighbours and frequent visitors to each other's homes, police said. The varsity has formed a three-member fact-finding panel to probe the allegation.The students filed a complaint with the police, claiming they were made to perform namaz at the camp organised by the university in Shivtaraiin, 30km from Bilaspur, from March 26-April 1, 2024, in which around 159 students participated. Students blamed the camp's programme officer for the 'forced namaz', alleging that when they protested, they were threatened that their certificates wouldn't be given.
