NSDL reports nearly 5% rise in Q4 profit to Rs 83.3 crore ahead of IPO

[ad_1] National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL), which is preparing for its initial public offering (IPO), reported a 4.77 per cent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 83.3 crore for the quarter ended March 2025.The depository had posted a net profit of Rs 79.5 crore in the same period a year ago.Total income during the January–March quarter rose 9.94 per cent year-on-year to Rs 394 crore, compared to Rs 358 crore in the corresponding period of FY24, the company said in a statement.For the full financial year 2024–25, NSDL recorded a 24.57 per cent jump in net profit to Rs 343 crore.
