HomeFirst raises Rs 1.2k cr through QIP

The QIP opened on Apr 8 and closed on Apr 11, drawing strong interest from global and domestic investors. The transaction increases the company's paid-up capital from Rs 18 crore to Rs 20.6 crore, with total shares rising from 9 crore to 10.3 crore.International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group, was allotted 35.9 lakh shares, accounting for 27.8% of the QIP.
